Service to the community is an integral part of a Ridgecroft education. Upper School students are required to complete 70 hours of community service before graduation. Students are encouraged to find projects of good quality that will make a difference in the community, and all projects must be preapproved by the Comminuty Service Coordinator, Nikki Robertson

It is suggested that students earn part of their hours each of their four years of high school: 10 hours during freshman year, and 20 hours each of the next three years. Half of the community service hours must be completed off campus. Community service hours completed on campus may not be during school hours.
